John has 20+ years' business experience in leading operational service, organisational improvement & change. He has held board-level & senior leadership roles within a range of business sectors, John specialises in business strategy, customer insight and business transformation. He combines a broad expertise in developing market & customer-centric insight and commercially-focused business improvement, underpinned by aligning organisational activities to business growth strategy. John has developed trusted ongong relationships with MD's and CEO's through providing high-impact coaching both individaully and to leadership teams. He certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a practitioner of Net Promoter, Net Effort Score and Reality Indexing.

Ian has 20 years' of experience working with and challenging senior leadership teams across a wide range of industries in the areas of business strategy, leadership development and people-focused organisational change. He has the ability to engage across all levels of organisations and had built trusted relationships allowing Ian to gain true insight into the reality of the impact around how organisations operate. He has co-authored two books on coaching and customer care. He continually focuses upon driving tangible results for the individuals that he works with. Previously, Ian held leadership and management roles in education and manufacturing. He is also a practitioner of Reality Indexing.

 

Gordon Petrie 

Gordon has over 30 years’ experience in management roles in sales and business development in the IT industry. The breadth of experience encompasses all aspects of technology, a wide range of market sectors, SME to corporate customers and most importantly the understanding of the business impact of change. Analysis and problem solving skills underpin his approach and have proven time and again to show consistent results. Combined to these logical skills is the ability to work with people at all levels. In addition the ability to communicate the change which goes with problem solving to make sure a smooth, successful transition is achieved. His understanding of the interdependencies between people, process and technology has developed an approach based on common sense and pragmatism which customers usually find refreshing.

Sue has over 30 years’ experience as a successful leader in the IT & outsourced services industries, particularly in HR & Payroll.  She has previously worked at Capita, Logica & Ceridian.  Her areas of expertise are in software/service proposition development, project management & product management, combined with a wide knowledge of building solutions & services that focus on ‘rightsourcing’ for public & private sector clients .  She has a proven track record of interaction at all levels of business, effective team building & graduate development.
