2014: Only 8 months in and ....

Well, we are now into the second half of the year (how quickly time passes) and it is safe to say, this year has already been highly successful. We have provided a broad range of consultancy support to a number of existing and new clients alike. There has also been a noticable increase in demand for coaching support, and this now accounts for 50% of the work that we undertake.

Some key engagements over the past six months include:

  • Designing, planning and undertaking the execution of a significant organisational redesign.
  • Assessing two management boards, to identify synergies and ways they could collaborate and work together more effectively.
  • Developing comprehensive change management and communication plans for deployment for a forthcoming organisational restructure.
  • Coaching several CEO's and MD's in order to support their personal and business aspirations.
  • Reengineering end to end operational processes to enable them to scale for next-phase growth and market changes.
  • Coaching individual senior managers who were new into their role, to better enable them to function as authentic, successful leaders. 
  • Deploying a company wider NPS programme and ensuring that this was a central driver for customer retention and acquisition.
  • Developing a cohesive and aligned strategy for two clients that both focused the organisational activities and provided reassurance to potential investors.

We believe that we have the unique ability to interveave sensible and effective business consultancy and coaching, with the right mix to match each client's specific needs. The work we have undertaken (above) is testament to this.

Already, the latter part of 2014 and into 2015 is looking just as promising and we continue to look forward to working as a trusted partner with our clients.
