2014 - How we have helped our clients

Well, 2014 is now a distant memory and January is almost over. We must be having fun as time is flying!

2014 was our best year so far. We worked with a variety of new clients, met some inspiring people and further built upon the existing relationships that mean so much to us.

Below are some examples of how we helped our clients last year.

  • Undertaking objective review programmes with our clients customers to identify quick wins, improvement opportunities and gain honest insight.
  • Planning and executing organisational design programmes (one included integrating an acquisition).
  • Undertaking a variety of assessments to determine the readiness for organisations to initiate change programmes.
  • Providing personal and business coaching to several MD's CEO's, senior managers and in one case, an entire executive board.   
  • Development of a detailed product release process and roadmap.
  • Integrating two businesses (encompassing process alignment, metrics and employee skills assessment).
  • Planning and rolling out various customer/client centric programmes to vastly different organisations.
  • Creating a detailed global change plan and an internal/external communication plan; this included helping to create and deliver much of the messaging.
  • Helping a number of organisations assess the cohesiveness of their business strategy and confim that their business activities are in support of this.
